I'm Nupur Khullar, a strategy and operations consultant with experience spanning philanthropy, education, nonprofit organizations, and the public sector. Before launching NK Strategy & Operations Consulting, I spent nearly a decade leading strategy, operations, and implementation initiatives at Deloitte, the Deloitte Foundation, and the U.S. Department of Homeland Security.
Throughout my career, I've helped organizations launch programs, manage grant portfolios, improve operational systems, and support executive decision-making. I founded NK Strategy & Operations Consulting because I saw how often mission-driven teams struggled not because they lacked good ideas, but because they lacked the capacity, structure, and operational support needed to bring those ideas to life. Throughout my career, I have partnered with foundations, nonprofit leaders, universities, government agencies, and cross-sector stakeholders to launch programs, manage complex initiatives, improve operations, and strengthen organizational infrastructure. My work combines the strategic thinking of a consultant with the practical mindset of an operator.
